The epansion joint gap will be fully opened tp to (25mm * 30 mm ).
Cleaning the internal surface of expansion joint with air compressor.
Preparing the joint surface, removing dust and loose particles.
Uneven surface will be levelled with SBR cement morter.
Curing will take above 2 days.
Applying primer ( Bostik N47 ) will be applying sides of the groove.
Placing Backer Rod ( 25mm ).
Applying primer ( Bostik N 47 ) on top of Backer Rod.
Applying Polyurathen Sealant in a gap ( Bostik Seal N Flex Grey )
