Surface Preparation:-• The existing loose mortar, laitance if any on the concrete surface shall be removed, hacking and chipping by using chisel and hammer to make it sound substrate for further operation.• The entire surface shall be washed thoroughly with plenty of water and then allowed to dry. COVING :- • The coving area shall be prepared by removing dust, waste particles etc and applying one coat of bonding agent (NITOBOND SBR).• The coving shall be made by using CM 1:3 to the size of 75mm X 75mm at the floor-wall- junction. • The mortar is mixed with 125-200ml of Integral waterproofing compound (Conplast X421IC) per bag of cement Bore Packing :- Providing and Filling Bore Packing Areas using Micro ConFlow, a general purpose, non-shrink, cementitious microconcrete. The Scope of work includes scrapping, shuttering and packing the false core cuts with Micro ConFlow and treating the same with High Strength Polymer Modified Mortar and shall be waterproofed using AcryFlex 2K Strong, a Cementitious Elastromeric System.   Supplying and Applying 1st coat of Fosroc Brushbond TGP crystallization waterproofing coating in single coats   500GMS/M2/COAT and supplying and applying 2 coat of Fosroc Brushbond two Component Acrylic Cementetious Waterproofing Coating in single coats  750GMS/M2/Coat                      Supplying and Applying 1st coat of Fosroc Brushbond TGP crystallization waterproofing coating in single coats  500GMS/M2/COAT and supplying and applying 2nd coat of Fosroc Brushbond two Component Acrylic Cementetious Waterproofing Coating in two coats  750GMS/M2/Coat
